The Telesales Advisor position is a full-time, remote role that operates during term time only, with no work required during school holidays.
The base salary for this role is £23,000, with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £29,000 to £30,000, pro rata.
Candidates must have at least 12 months of sales experience within the last three years and a quiet workspace at home.
Responsibilities include making 50 to 60 outbound calls daily, achieving sales targets of 3 to 6 sales per day, and ensuring compliance with processes.
The role offers excellent training, 25 days of holiday, and various incentives, with no weekend work required.

Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 3 – 6 sales a day (90% of the existing team to hit their targets).
Ensure you’re meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

12 months experience of sales within the last 3 years.
A quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
