We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Prepper / Polisher for our well known auction car site.Their are 2 roles available based out of either Perry Barr or Wolverhampton. This role is ongoing.PAY RATE: £16 Per hourYou will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays as part of this role.PPE needs to be provided by yourself (Overalls, Mask, safety boots)Job responsibilities:* Carry out polishing of newly painted panels, ensuring all dirt inclusions are removed and the overall finish matches the original factory finish.* Removing scratches and correcting minor paint defects.* Supporting other areas of the workshop where needed.* Assisting with the training of junior members of the team.Experience Required:* Previous experience in a similar role in a Bodyshop. Minimum 1 year.* Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years.* Willing to support junior cosmetic technicians and offer support/expertise when needed.* You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in your work, to the highest standards of work set by customers.* You will need to work independently and as part of a team on vehicles and have experience to make your own decisions when required.* Excellent attention to detail If you are interested in this role and have the previous experience required, please contact Jamie on the below:Landline - Mobile - (Text Code PREP)
