Are you passionate about precision engineering and luxury timepieces? We are seeking a skilled Watch Technician to join our team in the Midlands. Ideally, you will have experience working with Rolex watches or similar luxury brands.

The Role

As a Watch Technician, you will:

  • Perform servicing, repairs, and adjustments on a variety of timepieces, with a focus on luxury brands.
  • Conduct diagnostics and provide accurate assessments of watch conditions.
  • Handle disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, and reassembly of movements to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and precision in all work.
  • Record and document all repairs and services undertaken.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet service deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience working with luxury watches, preferably Rolex.
  • Technical proficiency in watch repair and servicing.
  • Strong understanding of horological principles and precision mechanics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
  • Ability to work effectively in a professional team environment.
