Responsibilities:

Greeting resident and welcoming visitors
Taking and logging parcels for the apartments/residents
Key handling.
Computer work as required
Changing of two communal bins in the reception area on Saturday and Sunday
Issuing parking charges around site to unauthorised users.
Post and parcels
Building parcels - ensure no hazards
