Responsibilities:

  • Greeting resident and welcoming visitors
  • Taking and logging parcels for the apartments/residents
  • Key handling.
  • Computer work as required
  • Changing of two communal bins in the reception area on Saturday and Sunday
  • Issuing parking charges around site to unauthorised users.
  • Post and parcels
  • Building parcels - ensure no hazards
