Flourish Education are recruiting for a Year 4 Teacher to join a GOOD Ofsted-rated Primary School in Selly Oak. This exciting opportunity offers full class responsibilities in a supportive environment with excellent behaviour management.

This role would be a long-term position starting after October half-term and continuing until Christmas, with potential to continue.

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:

  • Take full class teaching responsibilities, including planning and marking
  • Deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Support the personal and academic development of pupils
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating learning experience
  • Regularly assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback to both pupils and parents

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Proven ability in classroom and behaviour management
  • Previous experience as a Primary Teacher within the UK
  • Passionate about teaching and promoting a positive learning environment
