Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 Plus Bonus
Our client are an independent branded business based in Redditch. Paid advertising is a key part of their growth strategy, and are looking for a Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of ad campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to lead a small team, mentor junior team members, and contribute to overall agency strategy.
This is a data-driven, results-focused position for someone experienced in scaling paid ads profitably. You will manage Google, Amazon, and TikTok ads while exploring Facebook ads as a potential growth channel. The primary focus will be on return on ad spend (ROAS), conversions, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising paid media campaigns across PPC and paid social platforms, including Google Amazon and TikTok. You will create strategic media plans, and execute campaigns that drive measurable ROI.

- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Amazon, and TikTok.
- Monitor key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPC) and optimise performance.
- Optimise Amazon product listings and PPC campaigns for visibility and sales.
- Manage budgets, allocate ad spend effectively, and provide performance reports.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics.
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to meet KPIs and improve performance.
- Create compelling ad copy and oversee creative development in collaboration with design teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital advertising channels.
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide regular reports and insights.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend.
- Test and implement new campaign approaches, including A/B testing and bid strategy adjustments.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and professional development.
- Contribute to the agency’s overall paid media strategy and innovation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns, ideally within an agency setting.
- • Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads (Facebook Ads experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of driving successful performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with D2C brands is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and third-party tracking platforms.
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing team members.
- Proactive and creative thinker, eager to test new ideas and innovate.
Advantageous
- Facebook Ads & Meta Business Suite experience.
- Knowledge of Amazon PPC and listing optimisation.
- Familiarity with landing page builders and conversion rate optimisation.
- Understanding of AI-driven ad optimisation tools
