If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Trusts and Fundraising Manager to join a nationally recognised charity with a strong presence across London, Birmingham, and Bristol, offering hybrid working.
As a Trusts and Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing essential funding to support the organisation's mission. You will work closely with the Director of People and Partnerships, leading the development and stewardship of fundraising from trusts and foundations, including corporate and major donor trusts. Your expertise will help drive funding growth, ensuring the continuation and expansion of vital programmes that empower young people across the UK.
With a strategic mindset, you will identify and research new funding opportunities, cultivate relationships with existing and potential funders, and craft compelling applications and proposals. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting income against targets, managing reporting and feedback requirements for funders, and ensuring donor recognition is meaningful and timely.
To succeed in this exciting Trusts and Fundraising Manager role, you will have experience in securing funding from trusts and foundations, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. A keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new funding opportunities will be essential.
