Job Title: Gas Supervisor
Location: Birmingham
Job Type: PAYE
Overview of Role:
The Area Supervisor will oversee the work of our team of qualified gas engineers,
ensure high standards of work, promote Health & Safety, and provide technical
support. You will liaise with other departments and report directly to the Regional
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure excellent service
delivery
? Conduct install surveys and subsequent QC checks on all install works ?
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and provide constructive
feedback
? Work closely with the Management to ensure optimal resource allocation and
workflow
? Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance and support as
required
? Ensure adherence to Health and Safety requirements and legislation ?
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their
satisfaction
Required Attributes:
? Experience in working in domestic plumbing & heating and hold the relevant
gas qualifications.
? This is predominantly a field based role
? Previous experience in a supervisory role is a must
? Excellent leadership and communication skills
? Ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively
? A full UK driving license
