Are you an experienced estimator with a passion for residential construction? This company is expanding their team and are therefore looking for a highly motivated Estimator to join their growing company. As a key member of their team, you'll be a vital part of delivering projects that shape the future of the Midlands and beyond. Established in 2014, they are a Midlands-based main building contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects up to £10 million. As an estimator, you'll play a key role in estimating costs and preparing bids for new residential projects, all accompanied by training, development and a fantastic package! Specialising in Timber Frame, traditional new builds, and refurbishments, they work across a variety of sectors including education, commercial, and residential.

Your role as an estimator would include:

  • Preparing detailed estimates for residential projects.
  • Analysing tender documents, conducting site visits, and collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
  • Project analysis
  • Full training + support
  • Occasional travel to sites

A successful project estimator would have:

  • Commercial experience within the construction industry, ideally with residential or affordable housing projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction costs and market trends.
  • The ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Full UK driving license
