Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to 35,000 DOE

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to design compelling visuals that align with brand identity and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and XD).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Experience with typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of design for both digital and print media.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with additional tools such as Figma, Canva, or Sketch.
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
• Knowledge of web design principles, including HTML/CSS basics.
• Previous experience in a similar role within an agency or in-house team.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
