Press Tool Setter Join Our Team!

Are you an experienced Press Tool Setter looking for your next opportunity? Were on the lookout for a skilled professional to join our team!

What Youll Do:

  • Set and change over press tools efficiently.
  • Work within estimated tool change-over times.
  • Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Operate and maintain machinery to high standards.
  • Accurately book production data in to computer system (Navison)
  • Handle materials, including loading/unloading metal coils.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Hours:

Days 07:30-16:15 (12:30 Friday), When required to work shifts - allowances of 21% and 31% given

What Were Looking For:

Essential:
* Experience with 25, 30-to-60-ton machines.
* Inspection testing skills.
* 3+ years setting experience.
* Flexible and committed to shift work.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques.
* Good numeracy, literacy, and computer skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:
* ROSPA Press Setting Safety course completed.
* Lean Manufacturing experience.
* Manual handling training.
