Calling all Cruise Customer Service Specialists! We have a brand new, fully homebased role which offers a highly competitive salary up to £28k and a Monday to Friday working week between 9am - 6pm!

As a Cruise Customer Service Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our client’s customers enjoy a seamless post-booking experience. Excellent knowledge of the cruise market is essential for the position, along with a customer focused approach and strong problem solving skills.

Role of Cruise Customer Service Consultant:

  • Handling a variety of post-sales queries via phone and email.
  • Arranging special requests and add-ons to enhance client bookings.
  • Booking additional services when required including excursions, dining, and drink packages.
  • Managing booking amendments and changes.
  • Completing any ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Resolving customer issues or complaints, escalating where necessary.
  • Liaising with internal departments with any queries or amendments
  • Offering an exceptional level of customer service and completing work to a high standard.

Skills required for the role:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role within the cruise sector is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of the cruise market - essential.
  • Strong organisational skills: Professional, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving ability: Capable of managing complaints and finding amicable resolutions.
  • Team player: Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
