Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Main Contractor Estimator or Senior Estimator with a solid construction background.
Candidates should have experience estimating projects from first principles, particularly in the range of 1st principle.
The role involves preparing projected nett cost models for proposed building projects and managing the tender process.
The position is ideal for pre-construction professionals looking to advance their careers with a reputable main contractor.
A salary range is not specified, but candidates should have several years of relevant experience, particularly in projects valued between 10 to 30 million.

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Main Contractor Estimator and/or Senior Estimator who has a strong construction background and experience in estimating projects from 1st principle.

You will need project experience across a broad range of construction projects and values upto 10 - 30million

Brief role summary:

To prepare a projected nett cost model for proposed building projects
To manage and control the tender process through liaison with other departments or externally resourced functions
