A Floor Layer is needed for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various flooring types in tenanted properties around Birmingham.
This is a permanent position offering a basic salary between £28,000 and £32,000 per year, with the potential to earn up to £46,000 annually.
Candidates must have a full UK driving licence, a CSCS Card, and an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in floor laying or a related field.
Experience in social housing or maintenance contracts, as well as proficiency in fitting carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring, is required.
The role includes additional benefits such as a company van, fuel card, uniform, PPE, and callout charges that could add up to £8,000 per year.

I am Looking for a Floor Layer that has:

A full UK driving licence
A CSCS Card
Relevant NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Floor laying or a related field
Experience working in social housing or on maintenance contracts
Experience fitting and laying carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring

In return the Floor Layer will receive

Potential to earn up to £46,000 a year:
£28,000- £32,000 a year basic salary
Callout charges of £1,000 per week (you can take on as many as 1 in 6, so a possible £8,000 p/year)
Monthly job completion bonuses of up to £500 per month
A company van and fuel card
Uniform and PPE provided
