About the Role - We are looking for a Deputy Manager to manage our young people and Adults Supported Accommodation that expertly responds to the needs of young people and adults ages 16-18 years old in our care, keeping them safe from harm while preparing them for a fulfilling life ahead. The successful candidate will be the First point of contact on-site as the Registered Manager, Lead and manage a team of support workers and a wider team, liaise with Ofsted and CQC regulatory bodies, manage budgets and rosters effectively, Report directly to the directors, Manage training and development of staff.

Responsibilities - To keep abreast of developments in social services practice, to be individually accountable for standards of professional practice, Familiar with Ofsted and CQC regulations and protocol, Holder of NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care, at least three years' experience of working (paid) with young people and adults with challenging behaviours, Experience leading and managing a team.

Benefits Package

  • Monday - Sunday shift work ,37.5 hours per week, willing to do 4 x sleep in's per month paid at £60 each sleep in shift
