Are you an experienced Team Leader looking to take the next step in your career? This organisation is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the leadership team in delivering exceptional care within a children's residential home.
The Role:
- Leading and supporting a team to ensure high standards of care and safeguarding
- Assisting with the management of day-to-day operations in the home
- Supporting children with their emotional well-being, personal development, and daily routines
- Working flexible shifts, including long days (8am - 11pm) and regular sleep-ins
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to care planning

What You'll Need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Essential)
- Full UK driving licence (Essential)
- At least one year of experience in a Team Leader role within a children's residential home (Essential)
- Flexibility to work different days, including weekends and sleep-ins
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
