The Role:

  • Leading and supporting a team to ensure high standards of care and safeguarding
  • Assisting with the management of day-to-day operations in the home
  • Supporting children with their emotional well-being, personal development, and daily routines
  • Working flexible shifts, including long days (8am - 11pm) and regular sleep-ins
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to care planning
