An exciting opportunity has become available for a Deputy Head of Link Campus.

The DHOC role is pivotal to the smooth running and ongoing development of the campus. With a focus that ranges from day to day behaviour oversight to supporting curriculum development and deputising for the HOC on occasions, this is a challenging, yet rewarding role.

Anyone interested in this post will be committed to COBS and eager to develop their own leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will bring consistently high performance from their current role and will have a proven track record of being a strong team player, resilient and adaptable to change.
