The Opportunity:We are currently supporting a 1-form entry primary school in Birmingham who are looking for an experienced Interim Headteacher to join them during a period of significant change. With a dedicated team of staff, the school is seeking a Headteacher who can guide them through this period of transition, restore stability, and continue to drive improvement across all areas. As a small, 1-form entry school, the role requires a hands-on leader who can work closely with both staff and pupils, ensuring that every child's needs are met while ensuring the school moves forward with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the school through a period of change, ensuring the highest standards of education and pastoral care.
  • Work collaboratively with staff, governors, and parents to create a unified vision for the school's future.
