Your new company
A Secondary School in Central Birmingham is looking for a Head Teacher's PA/Office Manager. The role is Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 4.30pm and to start as soon as possible.
Your new role
You will be providing full administration support to the Head Teacher of the school. This will include diary management, minute taking, typing letters as well as providing admin support to the main office which will include organising trips and events and dealing with HR queries. You will also be responsible for managing the school office and ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked as PA, preferably within an education setting or similar and have recent satisfactory references carrying out this role. You will also have a current enhanced DBS in order to start the placement immediately.
