- Act as subject matter expert for digital development (eLearning, game-based learning etc.)
- Design and deliver HSS learning solutions to a variety of Make UK Members.
- Training delivery up to 14 days per month
- Ensure that all clients receive the highest standards of professional delivery.
- Maintain strong working relationships with accreditation bodies.
- Supporting the sales team, passing on any new commercial opportunities identified.
- Maintain Make UK's portfolio of IOSH & NEBOSH courses.
- Gather and act on customer feedback to enable opportunities for improvement in current courses
Person Specification
- Demonstrable experience of HSS training delivery
- Tech IOSH - working towards Cert IOSH and later CMIOSH
- Excellent understanding of the current and future market for HSS training and services.
- Able to travel across the Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Leamington Spa)
