Role: H&S Consultant / CDM AdvisorIndustry: ConsultancyDuration: PermanentSalary: £40,000 - £50,000Location: Birmingham Business Park or Birmingham City Centre / HybridI am currently recruiting for an H&S Consultant / CDM Advisor for a wonderful company in Solihull. You can be based either at Birmingham Business Park or the satellite office in Birmingham City Centre. * Assist with the preparation of pre-construction information* Review construction phase plans * Provide advice to contractors on CDM* Undertake site inspections/CDM audits* Support colleagues at design team meetings* Set up projects and provide administrative support* Working under direction to deliver the duties of the Principal Designer* Once trained - Undertake site inspections and monitoring visits to determine health & safety compliance* Attend project, design, and other meetings, escalating issues as required by the project plan* Support the Senior Staff as required
