- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Experience of Contractor Management
- Ability to Review Risk Assessments & Method Statements
- Experience in carrying out Audits.
- Knowledge of Construction Regulations
- Mechanical, Electrical, Building fabrication and general construction knowledge essential
- Support the Health, Safety and Fire team with the following:
- Control of Contractors process
- Stakeholder engagement
- Contractor engagement
- Compliance with BAL Health Safety and Fire policies and procedures
- Liaise with CDM duty holders, where required, to support Construction projects.
- Carrying out Construction site audits
- Contribution to Quarterly Contractor collaboration meetings
- Management of Safety Schemes in Procurement portal
