You will oversee contractors and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and compliance while delivering hands-on support across the business. A key aspect of the position includes conducting site audits, inspections, and managing all related documentation. The role offers a balanced mix of compliance work and field-based activities, making excellent interpersonal skills essential.Key Responsibilities:

Offer practical health and safety advice across various projects
Provide CDM guidance and coaching to project teams
Communicate effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and external businesses
Conduct audits, site inspections, and complete necessary documentation
Balance compliance tasks with hands-on, on-site health and safety management
Ensure safety procedures are consistently followed, maintaining a positive safety culture

Essential Requirements:

NEBOSH Certificate in Construction
Strong administrative and IT skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations
Proven experience in conducting audits, site surveys, and inspections
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
