You will oversee contractors and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and compliance while delivering hands-on support across the business. A key aspect of the position includes conducting site audits, inspections, and managing all related documentation. The role offers a balanced mix of compliance work and field-based activities, making excellent interpersonal skills essential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer practical health and safety advice across various projects
  • Provide CDM guidance and coaching to project teams
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and external businesses
  • Conduct audits, site inspections, and complete necessary documentation
  • Balance compliance tasks with hands-on, on-site health and safety management
  • Ensure safety procedures are consistently followed, maintaining a positive safety culture
Essential Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Construction
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations
  • Proven experience in conducting audits, site surveys, and inspections
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
