Health & Safety Manager - Responsibilities and Requirements
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITHIN CONSTRUCTION
- Responsible for carrying out Health & Safety inspections on site
- Reporting findings to teams, site managers and directors
- Ensuring compliance with LOLER, CDM, PUWER etc.
- Overseeing and monitoring the sites health and safety documentation
- Will contribute and review risks and assist in the development of construction phase plans and various documentation
- Assisting the site managers introducing new health, safety and environmental initiatives
- Strong communication skills are key for this role
- Will possess a positive attitude, will be reliable and approachable
