We have a fantastic opportunity for a Safety, Health & Environment Trainer to join our team within Vistry Services. As our Safety, Health & Environment Trainer, you will be someone who can help us become a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO) to enable us to deliver in-house Site Safety Plus training courses. A team player who is confident and approachable, forward thinking, diligent & enthusiastic. Willing to travel within the UK although many of the courses will be held via video link allowing for agile working.

The most common locations for in-person training will be, Coleshill, Exeter, Reading and London, however, this is not an exhaustive list and further travel may be required. Once we become a CITB ATO you’ll be responsible for delivering site safety plus training courses and a suite of internal bespoke training courses including, traffic management, on-boarding for build teams and general safety awareness.

    • Extensive occupational experience in a construction or health & safety related role, that you can evidence
    • Any one or more of these qualifications:
      • NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health
      • NVQ/SVQ Level 6 in Occupational Safety and Health
      • Health and Safety degree
      • NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Part2, NEBOSH Units A, B, C and D
      • Diploma Safety Management Level 6
    • Excellent communication, people, IT and written skills
    • Valid Driving license
    • Up to date CPD (min 12 months)
