About the Company: Reed Specialist Recruitment is working on behalf of a client, renowned across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and improve Group HSQE standards.
  • Ensure HSQE standards meet ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 verification requirements.
  • Provide safe workplaces through hazard identification and risk assessment.
  • Offer legislative and regulatory advice on HSQE matters.
  • Manage and improve 9001, 14001 & 45001 management systems.
  • Conduct audits to ISO internal audit standards.
  • Manage third-party HSQE audit processes and documentation.
  • Deliver staff inductions, training, and briefings.
  • Collaborate with training to reduce risk.
  • Lead incident and accident investigations.
  • Liaise with external parties and stakeholders.
  • Be the point of contact for HSE and Environment Agency.
  • Manage environmental permit activities.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Auditors Qualification and experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001/45001.
  • Member of IOSH.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate, AIEMA essential.
  • WAMITAB (COTC) technical competency for waste desirable.
  • Willingness to travel and stay in accommodation as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
