Are you a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant looking for a flexible role? Our client, a leader in secure transportation solutions within themental health sector,is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join their team. This role is based in Birmingham and comes with a hourly rate of 15.50 - 17.50 per hour.

As a Health Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
  • Assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Checking vehicles and equipment before journeys.
  • Leading the staffing team when transferring informal patients.
  • Safeguarding the welfare and safety of staff, patients, and the public.
  • Promoting equality, diversity, and rights.
  • Ensuring accurate communication with patients and staff.
