We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a young female, who is looking for a PA to support her with personal care and daily living. This is a fantastic opportunity to help make a difference to our client’s personal achievements.

Start Date: ASAP

Working: Live-in 7 days on / 7 days off

Rate of Pay & Benefits

Pay: £180 Per day / £980 per week worked

Location: Performers College Birmingham

Holidays: 5.6 weeks (pro rata)

Nest Pension Scheme

Bespoke training on the client’s particular requirements will be provided

About our Client

Our client is in her third year at Performers College Birmingham.She has a diagnosis of ASD and a brain injury, which means she sees the world differently to others. Our client loves dancing, singing and acting. She leads an active social life, meeting up with friends and family to go shopping, eating out or the cinema.With a kind and delightful persona, she is keen to embrace the full University life.

This role would suit a recent university graduate!

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to truly make a positive difference to somebody else’s life. To assist our client to achieve her goals and aspirations. Our client is looking for like-minded individuals to assist her with:

-Health Care - Administrating medicine, using medical equipment.

-Daily Living - Cooking, Shopping

-Support around university

-Accompanying medical appointments

-Social Support

-Housekeeping / Domestic duties

Care experience is not required as full training in our client's particular requirements will be provided.

About You

You are unlikely to have experience in every aspect of our client's care therefore full training in her particular needs is provided.

You will need:

-To be physically fit, calm, patient and caring

-Good organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative

-To have a good sense of humour

-A mature and responsible attitude

-Good communication skills

-To be fluent in English

-To be clean and tidy in both your appearance and ways.

-To be fully vaccinated

-To be a non-smoker
