As a General Manager, youll take full ownership of the daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, team morale, and operational efficiency. You will provide strong leadership across all departments, guiding and motivating the team to deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily business operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and facilities maintenance.
