Air Conditioning Engineer Wanted!
Our client is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be working nationwide and must be willing to travel and stay away. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be completing repairs and maintenance on various air-con units, in the commercial field.
Key Responsibilities for the Air Conditioning Engineer:
- Inspect, test, certify and commission all work completed
- Maintain and build up a good working relationship with team members
- Communicate effectively with other departments Attend client premise to fault find and fix various types of cooling units
- Always promote a positive and professional image of the department
- Attend premises to install new various cooling units
- Attend client premise to de-gas existing DX Air conditioning units
- Perform quality checks, ensuring systems are working efficiently and safely
Skills Required for the Air Conditioning Engineer:
- A Full UK Driving License (no more than 6 points and no bans within last 12 months)
- Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning or similar
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Proven Air Conditioning experience, maintenance, repairs and installations
- Willing to travel and stay away for work
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- DBS check must be passed
