+16 SEND Teaching Assistant Role:
Position: +16 SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: North Birmingham Kingstanding
Requirements of a +16 SEND Teaching Assistant:
- Experience working with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Ability to provide support in classroom activities and individualized learning programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities of a +16 SEND Teaching Assistant:
- Assist in implementing tailored learning plans for students with SEND.
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the SEND Coordinator.
