Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Business Studies.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Inspire a passion for business and enterprise, equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
- Contribute to the development of an innovative and inclusive curriculum.
- Support the school's ethos and values, promoting a positive learning environment.
- Participate in departmental and whole-school initiatives, including professional development opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies and experience teaching across Key Stages.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to motivate students to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
