Are you an inspiring Computer Science Teacher looking to join a supportive and dynamic Secondary School? This is an exciting opportunity to teach in an Ofsted-rated GOOD school in Aston. This role is due to start as soon as possible, until the end of the academic year. You will be teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.


As a Computer Science Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4), following the National Curriculum.
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential in Computer Science.
  • Foster a positive learning environment with excellent behaviour management strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Computing curriculum.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to the school’s vibrant culture.

Required Skills and Experience for a Computer Science Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
  • Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science.
  • Experience teaching the National Curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
  • Proven ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.

Working as a Computer Science Teacher for Flourish Education offers you:

  • £160 to £220 per day, which equates to £31,200 to £42,900 per annum based on working five days a week for a full school year.
  • The option of PAYE or Umbrella.
  • Holiday Pay - for PAYE candidates, 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot.
