Are you passionate about shaping young minds? We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a outstanding mainstream primary school in Harborne, B17. This is a fantastic opportunity to support early childhood development in a nurturing environment.



Your Role:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS lessons.

  • Support children in their learning, social, and emotional development.

  • Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support where needed.

  • Help with phonics, early numeracy, and creative activities.

  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.



What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with Early Years or young children.

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Teaching Assistant, or equivalent (desirable).
