Hours- 8:30am - 3:30pm
Aspire People are recruiting for a caring, friendly and nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant, who is passionate about Early Years. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you would be supporting children across nursery classes. The schools in an 'OFSTED' Good rated Nursery School in a Birmingham. The role is to Starts January 2025 with the potential for the role to continue and turn perm for the right person.
The Role:
*Supporting the class teacher with the teaching and learning in the classroom
*Ensuring all children and provided with a safe environment to learn in
*Assisting with eating and helping to provide a sense of Independence
*Liaising with parents at the end of each day
*Supporting pupils who may present with additional needs.
The successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will have:
*Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)
*Experience working in an Early Years setting
*Clean DBS on the update (or be able to pay for one)
*References from past employers
*A kind and caring nature
*Strong Knowledge of the EYFS framework and ability to plan for and track progress of key children
