Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to GCSE students.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the curriculum.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adapt lessons to meet student needs.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the delivery of the curriculum and contribute to the department's goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Level 5 teaching qualification, e.g., Cert Ed, PGCE.
- In-depth knowledge of the GCSE Maths curriculum.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver high-quality teaching across identified modules.
- Relevant up-to-date subject knowledge and recent teaching experience in the further education or school sector.
- Level 3 or above qualification in a related subject area.
