About the Role:

PK Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Graduates to join a send school located in the vibrant heart of Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a bustling, diverse environment and make a meaningful impact on young learners’ lives in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide support to pupils across various subjects and activities.

– Assist with lesson planning and classroom management.

– Support with 1-1 and small group activities to target development for lower ability pupils.

– Work closely with pupils who have English as an Additional Language (EAL), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties, and language challenges.

– Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that inspires pupils.

– Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure each child’s unique needs are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

– A degree in Education or a related field.

– A positive, optimistic attitude and a passion for inspiring a love for learning.

– Proactive and hands-on approach in dealing with daily challenges.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– A desire to make a difference in the educational journey of young students.
