Graduate Teaching Assistant

About the Role:

LTF Recruitment is seeking a passionate graduate to join an inclusive primary school in B25 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. This full-time role focuses on supporting SEN pupils, both 1:1 and in small groups, starting in November with potential for a permanent position.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to SEN students
  • Engage and support SEN pupils in lessons and the curriculum
  • Assist with reading, writing, and other classroom activities
  • Support the class teacher in lesson delivery


About You:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience with children in a school environment (desirable)
  • Good understanding of special educational needs
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
