Are you an experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher looking for flexibility in your career? Flourish Education is offering a unique opportunity for a Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team as a Supply Teacher, providing day-to-day cover in local schools around Great Barr. The responsibilities of this Key Stage 1 Teacher Role
- Deliver pre-planned, engaging and effective lessons to children across Key Stage 1.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Mark and assess students' work as required.
- Collaborate with other Class Teachers and staff to support student progress.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum and teaching methods.
Required Skills and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
- Previous experience as a Key Stage 1 Teacher.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Experience working as a Class Teacher in a Primary School setting.
- Ability to work flexibly as a Supply Teacher.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
