GI Group are now seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Electrical Installation to our client based in Solihull. The Lecturer in Electrical Installation will teach Level 2 Electrical and Level 1 Multiskills (with electrical elements). This is an urgent need so candidates would need to be available to start immediately.

Main Duties of the Lecturer in Electrical Installations:

  • Teach on a range of programmes including Level 2 Electrical and Level 1 Multiskills
  • Act as a Course Tutor
  • To be a Course Coordinator for agreed programmes
  • To contribute to curriculum development
  • To contribute to the co-ordination and administration of agreed programmes

Role Requirements:

  • Level 3 electrical qualification
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Level 5 teaching qualification
  • Industry-related work experience
  • A commitment to the Safeguarding of Young People and Vulnerable Adults and an awareness of the Government 'Prevent' strategy
