Psychology Teacher

Zest Education are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join a team at a highly regarded school. The school has received a Good rating from Ofsted and offers a supportive and welcoming environment. This is a full-time position, starting January 2025, until the end of the summer term.

As a Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students at Key Stage 4 and/or Key Stage 5. You will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students in the fascinating field of psychology and support their learning and development.

The school is located in Great Barr, making it easily accessible for both local and commuting teachers.

Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)- Experience teaching Psychology to Key Stage 4 and/or Key Stage 5 students- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for psychology- Ability to inspire and motivate students- Excellent communication and organisational skills

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
