NonStop's client, based in the West Midlands, is looking for an experienced Registered Fostering Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
As the Registered Fostering Manager, you'll have the chance to lead and cultivate a team, making a tangible impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people. This is a great opportunity to come into a service and help implement positive change and improve Ofsted standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversight of medium-size service in Birmingham
- Responsible for identifying, nurturing, and supporting social work managers within the agency.
- Ensuring the agency and its employees maintain the highest standards of care, including responsibility for the overall Ofsted rating.
- Management and implementation of policies and quality assurance standards, including fostering business plans.
Requirements:
- Experience in upper-level management, preferably as a Registered Fostering Manager or in a similar role.
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- Driver's license.
- A deep commitment to supporting foster carers and families in providing the best possible support.
