Connex Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full time SEMH Teaching Assistant to provide day-to-day support to a local school in the King’s Norton area. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering a safe and supportive environment where children can flourish. **Role Requirements**

  • Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in Educational is essential.
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
  • Experience working with SEN would be beneficial.
  • Classroom Management skills.
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
