We are looking to appoint QTS Teachers to support a local SEND school's on a day to day, short-term or long-term supply basis. This role can be as flexible as you wish to suit your commitments, however we do also have full-time Long term and short term opportunities within SEND Schools to offer.
Job Description:
* Help Students develop confidence, independence and encourage them to learn
*Teach, according to the educational needs of the learners.
*Provide tailored educational and emotional support to students.
* Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel encouraged and accepted.
The ideal candidate will:
-Hold QTS
-be committed, enthusiastic, and a talented teacher
-have experience supporting and teaching pupils with SEND needs
-be able to work collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders
-deliver high quality educational provision
-be empathetic to the complex needs of the pupils
