Learning Support Assistant needed for SEND School for long term supply cover.

The school is based in the Sandwell area and offers an alternative curriculum to students aged 4 - 11 who are unable to attend mainstream education.
The school is desperately seeking a positive, enthusiastic LSA to start with immediate effect. Working with students who have autism, ASD, ADHD and display challenging behaviour so exceptional behaviour management skills are a must.
The role will include:
- Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation
- Work with pupil who requires additional support
- Leading group work
- Helping the class teacher with pupil observations

The role is a temporary role with the chance to go permanent for the right person. You must be available and looking for full time work, Mon – Fri.
