Teaching Assistant
Position: Full-Time

Salary: £80-£85 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The Job
Support students with complex physical and learning disabilities, focusing on their educational and personal development.
Provide personal care, including assisting with physical and medical needs, ensuring students' overall well-being.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver engaging educational activities tailored to individual student needs.
Promote emotional and social growth, helping students develop essential life skills.
Act as a proactive and compassionate role model, adapting your approach to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.

Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in providing personal care and supporting individuals with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), preferably in a school setting.
DBS: Possess a valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
Compassion: A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with complex needs.
Commitment: A dedication to fostering student well-being, growth, and progress.
Adaptability: Strong skills in adjusting to varying student needs and learning styles.
Proactivity: A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards the role and its responsibilities.
