Long Term Futures are working in collaboration with a mainstream secondary school in Birmingham, Perry Bar (B42) area. We are supporting with both the day-to-day and long-term permanent recruitment for the school.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students across all lessons.
- Tailor guidance to meet the specific needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Provide general support to classroom teachers, working flexibly.
- Encourage independent learning and inclusion, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience working with students with SEN in an educational setting.
- Flexibility: Adaptable and able to respond to the diverse needs of students with a positive attitude.
