Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Are you an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a vibrant primary school? Long Term Futures are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in the Rotton Park area. This long-term position comes with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role:
- Provide classroom support to KS1 students, assisting with learning activities and development.
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and interventions.
- Support children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping with literacy and numeracy.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents where necessary.
What We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting KS1 students in a classroom setting.
- A passion for education and child development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
