We are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive classroom environment in Yardley, B25. The Role:

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Supporting pupils' learning and development within the classroom.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Providing one-to-one or small group support as needed.
• Encouraging pupil engagement and confidence in their abilities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting is desirable.
• A patient and nurturing approach to working with children.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A passion for education and supporting young learners.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
